Artículo único. Elévese a cincuenta i cinco pesos ($55) mensuales la pension que disfruta la señora Rosalia Baena de carvajal, viuda del capitan Rubencindo Carvajal, muerto en el año de 1878 a virtud de enfermedad contraida en campaña defendiendo la causa cosntitucional en los años 1876 a 1877.
