Las infracciones establecidas en este Decreto serán sancionadas por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones según la gravedad de la falta, el daño producido y la reincidencia en su comisión, así

Multas hasta por una suma equivalente a mil (1.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.

Cancelación definitiva de la licencia.
