ARTICULO 12 . ASPECTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS. El DNP prestará todo el apoyo logístico y administrativo requerido para el cabal funcionamiento de la UDT. Las actividades administrativas, técnicas y contables correspondientes estarán a cargo de las dependencias respectivas del DNP, aunque en forma separada. Por lo tanto, para los efectos de la ejecución del gasto y la administración del personal, la Unidad no tendrá dependencias especializadas.
