La sociedad en comandita se formará siempre entre uno o más socios que comprometen solidaria e ilimitadamente su responsabilidad por las operaciones sociales y otro o varios socios que limitan la responsabilidad a sus respectivos aportes. Los primeros se denominarán socios gestores o colectivos y los segundos, socios comanditarios.
