Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que no reúnan las condiciones sicofísicas determinadas por el Reglamento General de Incapacidades, Invalideces e Indemnizaciones para el personal de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional, deben ser retirados del servicio activo en las condiciones señaladas en este Decreto.
