Devolución de los derechos “antidumping”. La resolución que ordene la supresión o modificación del derecho “antidumping” definitivo deberá establecer si hay lugar a la devolución de los mismos por parte de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales -DIAN-, y le dará traslado a dicha entidad para lo de su competencia.
