Articulo 4° Como requisito previo para el pago del auxilio nacional de que trata la Ley 71 de 1941, la junta creada por el articulo 2° determinará, por medio de resolución, la obra u obras que considere de mayor importancia y necesidad, y en las cuales haya de invertirse el auxilio, enviando copia de esta disposición al Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
