Art. 244. Responden igualmente los ordenadoros por la extralimitación de los créditos legislativos abiertos al Poder Ejecutivo, y por los suplementales y extraordinarios que éste mismo abra para la ordenación de los gastos que ocasione el servicio respectivo, y que no estén en los casos en que, conforme á la ley, le sea permitido abrirlo.
