Llegado el día y la hora del sorteo, que será publico, se procederá de la siguiente manera para cada asunto: El Presidente de la Sala Penal pondrá de presente a las personas que hallan concurrido a la lista de los Jurados y las fichas correspondientes, numeradas a partir de la Unidad. En una urna para que sean revueltas por el Fiscal del Tribunal. Este procederá a extraer seis fichas, una a una, cuyo número será leído en voz alta por el Secretario de la sala.
