ARTICULO 84 . COMISIONES REGIONALES DE PERSONAL. Créanse las Comisiones Regionales de Personal del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, las cuales estarán integradas por

1.

Tres (3) representantes del nominador entre los cuales estará el Director Regional quien la presidirá.

2.

Un representante del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional.

3.

Un representante del personal administrativo. Los representantes tanto del cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia como del nivel administrativo con sus respectivos suplentes, serán elegidos respectivamente por los mismos para un período de dos (2) años, previa convocatoria que harán los Directores Regionales del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, y por el sistema establecido por la Dirección General del mismo.
