Cuando el mecanismo de búsqueda urgente permita dar con el paradero de la persona y esta deba ser liberada por la autoridad o el funcionario responsable de la aprehensión, dicha liberación deberá producirse en presencia de un familiar, del agente del Ministerio Público o del representante legal de la víctima, o en lugar que brinde plenas garantías al liberado para la protección de su vida, su libertad y su integridad personal.
