Art. 30. La Oficina general de Cuentas no tiene jurisdicción en materia criminal. Si en el examen de las cuentas descubre falsificaciones, concusiones ú otros hechos violatorios del Código Penal, lo pondrá en conocimiento del Ministro del Tesoro, quien á su vez lo denunciará al Ministro de Gobierno para que éste promueva el juzgamiento del delincuente por los Tribunales.
