Desde el 1.° de Septiembre próximo gozarán los Oficiales del Ejército de las siguientes asignaciones mensuales; el Subteniente cuarenta pesos ($40); el Teniente cincuenta pesos ($50); y el Capitán sesenta y cinco pesos ($65).

Paragraph (parágrafo)

Parágrafo. Los Jefes y Oficiales del Ejército que estando en servicio tuvieren que retirarse de éste por incapacidad física, comprobada ante el Estado Mayor general, tendrán derecho, mientras dure la separación, á la mitad del sueldo de actividad que les corresponde.
