Calificaciones anticipadas. Si durante el período de evaluación el representante legal de la entidad recibe información debidamente soportada de que el desempeño laboral de un servidor es deficiente o está afectando la prestación del servicio, podrá ordenar por escrito que se le evalúen sus servicios en forma inmediata. Sobre esta evaluación anticipada proceden los recursos de reposición ante el responsable de evaluar y de apelación ante el Comité de evaluación del desempeño.
