Los miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional tendrán derecho a una dotación anual de uniforme.

Parágrafo

Quienes presten sus servicios en las cárceles ubicadas en las ciudades de temperatura promedio superior a veinticuatro grados (24o) centígrados, tendrán derecho a dos (2) dotaciones anuales.
