Solo son causas de nulidad de las elecciones o de los registros electorales, respectivamente, la primera, segunda y cuarta del artículo 108 de la Ley 7 de 1888 , y la primera y quinta del artículo 109 de la misma Ley.

Los que dieren lugar a las demás causales de nulidad de elecciones o de registros electorales que establece la Ley citada, serán castigados con pena de multa de ciento a quinientos pesos.
