Facultad disciplinaria . Se entiende por facultad disciplinaria la competencia para sancionar a cualquier persona natural o jurídica, que ejerza directa o indirectamente actividades marítimas dentro del territorio nacional. Pueden ser sujetos de sanciones disciplinarias todas las personas naturales o jurídicas que se encuentren bajo la competencia de la autoridad marítima o que ejerzan estas actividades en forma directa o indirecta.
