Art. 3.° En consecuencia, el gran jeneral, presidente de la Union, recibirá mañana desde las dos de la tarde en el palacio de gobierno a los ministros i representantes de las naciones amigas, residentes en esta capital, a los majistrados de la corte suprema federal, al procurador jeneral de la nación, al jeneral comandante jereral de la 1.ª división, al presidente del estado soberano de Cundinamarca, i en jeneral a los empleados político civiles i militares, i a los ciudadanos que quieran ofrecer sus congratulaciones al primer majistrado de la Union con tal motivo. Publíquese.
