Art. 157. El Administrador dará curso a los pliegos que se le presenten, por el primer correo ordinario o extraordinario que despache. De esos pliegos se formará una planilla especial y se le advertirá al conductor lo que contienen para que dé recibo, despliegue especial vigilancia, a fin de evitar su pérdida o extravío, y exija recibo especial del Administrador respectivo.
