El Gobierno, a través de la organización estatal, en todas sus ramas, órganos, niveles y sectores, adoptará las medidas necesarias para hacer efectivo el objeto de la presente ley, desarrollando actividades que promuevan la inclusión social, igualdad y respeto de los derechos humanos de las personas de talla baja.
