De la no aceptación de la oferta . Si dentro de los quince días siguientes a la oferta, las entidades públicas no manifestaren interés en aceptarla, Ia misma se formulará a los demás socios privados. Si estos no quisieren adquirir las acciones ofrecidas, estas se podrán enajenar libremente
