Art. 80. La entrada de un buque a puerto colombiano, habilitado, se considerará siempre voluntaria, i por consiguiente sujeta a las formalidades legales, ascepto en los casos siguientes, que se considerará forzosa :

1.° Por causa de naufrajio o varada que haya cansado algún daño ; i

2.° Por daño en el casco, aparejos, velámen u otra averia causada por mal tiempo, por enfermedad de la mayor parte de la tripulación, o por fuerza mayor que impida al buque continuar navegando sin grave peligro.
