Las sumas de que trata el artículo 1° de la Ley 36 de 1938, se entregarán a los Tesoreros que designen las respectivas Juntas, previa comprobación de haber otorgado fianza a satisfacción de la Contraloría General de la República, entidad a la cual rendirán las cuentas de su inversión. Comuníquese y publíquese.
