°. Juramento del solicitante. La información de la solicitud del trámite de negociación de deudas se entiende presentada por el deudor bajo la gravedad del juramento. En el evento en que el deudor presente la solicitud a través de apoderado, el juramento se entenderá prestado por el hecho del otorgamiento del poder.
