Como principio de control selvícola, todos los ribereños de la hoya hidrográfica del río Cali y sus afluentes, que se beneficien de sus aguas, están en la obligación de repoblar las vertientes de éstas, en una extensión de quinientos (500) metros de uno y otro lado, como las derivaciones que hagan de ellas.
