Para Todos Los Efectos Legales, 1a Lote Ría Será Representada Por El Administrador

° Para todos los efectos legales, 1a Lote ría será representada por el Administrador.

Parágrafo

Mientras las circunstancias permiten nombrar administrador, las funciones de éste las ejercerá el Presidente de la Junta Directiva de la Lotería, sin que por ella adquiera- el-carácter de empleado de manejo de que trata el articula 8° de este Decreto.
