El Pasaporte Provisional Es Un Documento De Viaje Que Reemplaza Al Pasaporte Ordinario En Casos Excepcionales

El Pasaporte provisional es un documento de viaje que reemplaza al pasaporte ordinario en casos excepcionales. Se expedirá para regresar a Colombia o para continuar el viaje, libre de derechos de timbre nacional y tendrá validez por el tiempo necesario para el regreso al país o por el término señalado en el artículo 25 del presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

En el lugar de entrada a Colombia, dicha pasaporte será retirado por el Capitán de Puerto o el Jefe de Inmigración, quien expedirá al titular el correspondiente recibo.
