La Declaración de Importación deberá presentarse ante la Dirección Seccional de Aduanas o de Impuestos y Aduanas con jurisdicción en el lugar donde se encuentre la mercancía, a través de los Servicios Informáticos Electrónicos, en la forma que determine la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN).
