Decreto 855 de 1995 · por el cual se regulan las exportaciones de banano a la Unión Europea durante el tercer trimestre de 1995.

º. Se sujetarán a lo previsto en el presente Decreto las exportaciones de banano fresco clasificable bajo las subpartidas arancelarias 08.03.00.12.00 (tipo cavendish valery), 08.03.00.19.10. (banano bocadillo musa acuminata) y 08.03.00.19.90 (los demás), cuyo destino sea uno de los países miembros de la Union Europea, y hasta concurrencia de un cupo total de ciento treinta y tres mil novecientas ochenta toneladas métricas (133.980TM) para el trimestre comprendido entre el primero (19) de julio y el treinta (30) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995).

Parágrafo

Son países miembros de la Unión Europea los siguientes: Alemania, Austria, Bélgica, Dinamarca, España, Finlandia, Francia, Grecia, Irlanda, Italia, Luxemburgo, Países Bajos, Portugal, el Reino Unido, Suecia y los demás que formalicen su ingreso a dicha Unión.
