º . Ejercen ilegalmente la profesión de Nutrición y Dietética las personas que sin poseer el título y la matrícula profesional ejerzan o se anuncien por cualquier medio como profesional de Nutrición y Dietética.

Parágrafo

Las personas a que se refiere este artículo serán sancionadas de conformidad a las normas generales que rigen sobre la materia.
