Modifícase el artículo 1° del Decreto 1191 de junio 24 de 1998 en el sentido de ampliar, hasta el 30 de septiembre de 1999, la vigencia del programa de enajenación de las acciones que la Nación –Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público posee en el Banco Popular, previsto en el artículo 1° del Decreto 1191 de junio 24 de 1998.
