Forma de disponer destinaciones, traslados y comisiones. Las destinaciones, traslados y comisiones del personal de Agentes de la Policía Nacional se dispondrán

a)

Por decreto, para comisiones al exterior menores de noventa (90) días.

b)

Por resolución ministerial, para comisiones al exterior menores de noventa (90) días.

c)

Por resolución de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional en los demás casos.
