º. Adiciónase el artículo 33 del Decreto 1615 de 2003, con el siguiente

Parágrafo

El cumplimiento de la obligación contenida en el presente artículo se referirá únicamente a los bienes inmuebles no afectos al servicio, y en caso de que al cierre del proceso líquidatorio no se hubiese cumplido en su totalidad, ello estará a cargo del PAR".
