Responsables de las ofertas. Las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa responderán ante el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras y ante las bolsas de valores respectivas, por la seriedad y cumplimiento de las ofertas de compra que se presenten conforme a lo previsto en los numerales 1º y 2º del artículo 3º del presente Decreto, así como por la veracidad de las declaraciones de los comitentes.
