Tienen también la calidad de interinos; a) quienes queden designados para reemplazar notarios encargados; b) quienes fueren designados para reemplazar a los notarios que gocen de licencias caso en el cual la interinidad se prolongará por todo el tiempo de la licencia; c) Quienes habiendo sido encargados de las funciones de notario permanecieren en ellas más de noventa (90) días.
