RESOLUCION DE CONVOCATORIA. El juez de primera instancia dictará la resolución de convocatoria del consejo verbal de guerra cuando en el proceso esté demostrado el delito y exista por lo menos una declaración de testigo que ofrezca serios motivos de credibilidad o indicios graves que establezcan la responsabilidad del procesado como autor o partícipe.
