Reducir en quince (15) puntos el Arancel Externo Común aplicable a las importaciones de los productos clasificados por las subpartidas arancelarias 10.06.10.90.00, 10.06.30.00.00 y 10.06.40.00.00 del Arancel de Aduanas, hasta el 30 de junio de 2001. A partir de la fecha indicada, regirá nuevamente el arancel total derivado de la aplicación de lo previsto en la Decisión 371 de la Comisión del Acuerdo de Cartagena y en el Decreto 547 de 1995.
