Los Gobernadores de los Departamentos, Intendentes Nacionales y Comisarios Especiales, cuidarán de que el presente Decreto se cumpla en los territorios de su jurisdicción por las autoridades de Policía respectivas. En la capital de la República queda encargada la Policía Nacional de velar por su observancia.
