Articulo 9°. El consejo directivo de comercio exterior estará integrado por: El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico. El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores. El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público. El Ministro de Agricultura. El Jefe del Departamento Nacional Administrativo de Planeación. El Gerente del Instituto de Fomento Industrial. El Gerente del Banco de la República. El Gerente de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros. El Director del Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones. El Director del Instituto formara parte del consejo, con derecho a voz pero sin voto.
