al artículo 2.22.1.1.4 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “

Los valores que hagan parte del Segundo Mercado no requerirán calificación para efectos de su inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores (RNVE).
