º REEXPORTACION POR NEGATIVA DE PRORROGA. Para aquellas importaciones temporales cuya prórroga no sea admitida, se dará por la Dirección General de Aduanas un plazo máximo de noventa (90) días para reexportar la maquinaria o equipo objeto de esa importación temporal.
