Cierre temporal o definitivo. Cuando existan hechos o conductas contrarias a las disposiciones del presente decreto y demás normas sanitarias, se ordenará el cierre temporal o definitivo, poniendo fin a las tareas que en ellos se desarrollan. El cierre podrá ordenarse para todo el establecimiento o solo para una parte o un proceso que se desarrolle en él y puede ser temporal o definitivo. El cierre es temporal si se impone por un período previamente, determinado por la autoridad sanitaria competente, el cual no podrá ser superior a seis (6) meses y es definitivo cuando no se fije un límite en el tiempo.
