El que destine casa o establecimiento para cometer allí actos Homosexuales, o autorice a otros para hacerlo, estará sujeto a la pena de uno a tres años de prisión. Esta sanción se aumentará hasta en una cuarta parte si el responsable se propusiere un fin lucrativo.
