Los créditos privilegiados sobre las cosas cargadas tendrán el mismo orden de prelación en que aparecen enunciados. Los indicados en los ordinales 3o. y 4o. del artículo 1566, serán graduados según el orden inverso de las fechas en que se hayan causado. Y los indicados en los demás ordinales, en orden inverso, pero sólo cuando se hayan originado en diversos puertos. Causándose en un mismo puerto, serán pagados a prorrata.
