Las refinerías, plantas de abasto de combustibles y estaciones de servicio sólo abastecerán a los vehículos o recibirán de éstos el producto, cuando posean la licencia expida de conformidad con las normas del presente Decreto.

Decreto 285 de 1986 · por el cual se reglamenta el diseño, construcción y pruebas de las instalaciones de las plantas de abastecimiento y estaciones de servicio, y el envase, manejo, transporte y distribución de hidrocarburos y combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo en dichas instalaciones.
