º . El artículo 325 de la Ley 599 de 2000 quedará así: Omisión de control. El empleado o administrador de una institución financiera o de cooperativas que ejerzan actividades de ahorro y crédito que, con el fin de ocultar o encubrir el origen ilícito del dinero, omita el cumplimiento de alguno o todos los mecanismos de control establecidos por el ordenamiento jurídico para las transacciones en efectivo incurrirá, por esa sola conducta, en prisión de treinta y ocho (38) a ciento ventiocho (128) meses y multa de ciento treinta y tres punto treinta y tres (133.33) a quince mil (15.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
