Cuando la liquidación oficial del impuesto sobre la renta exclusiva de trabajo fuere superior al determinado en la liquidación privada, podrá el contribuyente, dentro del término que tenga para pagar dicha diferencia, pedir que el respectivo porcentaje de ella a que se refiere el artículo 4o. de esta Ley, se destine a comprar unidades del Fondo Nacional de Inversiones, si además aporta al mismo objeto la cantidad que le corresponde, sin exceder con ello la cuantía fijada como límite en el mencionado artículo.
