Las Ordenanzas Departamentales y los Acuerdos Municipales que expidan los Consejos serán obligatorios mientras no sean anulados o suspendidos por la autoridad judicial competente. El Gobierno Nacional podrá suspenderlos en la forma prevista por el artículo 121 de la Constitución Nacional.
