Artículo primero. Modificase y adiciónase el Decreto 1914 de 1953 en los siguientes términos: El artículo 4º quedará así: La venta y distribución de la vacuna antiaftosa de origen nacional se hará por intermedio de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero y de la Empresa Colombiana de Productos Veterinarios "VECOL".
