Los suplentes de los Directores podrán ser llamados a las deliberaciones de la Junta Directiva, aun en los casos en que no les corresponda asistir, cuando así lo exija, a juicio de ésta, la importancia del asunto que va a tratarse. En este caso los suplentes tendrán voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones y devengarán la misma remuneración de los principales.
